2.Our goal in handling complaint is: to make you completely satisfied, and minimize the impacts and losses you suffer.

3.We will resolve your complaint with the fastest speed possible, offer you optimizing solutions, and report to our CEO if necessary. 

4.After we receive your information regarding our products and services, we will immediately file a Customer Feedback Form and deliver it to Quality & Technique Department and the related departments for further investigation.

5.We will handle your complaint with the fastest speed possible, collecting evidences, investigating causes, providing solutions, and take actions. Our goal is: to find the cause of the problems, take actions, and never repeat the mistakes.

6.We will immediately organize complaint evaluation meeting to report the problems, analyze the causes, plan improvement measures, delegate responsibilities, and examine the results.

7.We will report the process to you.

8.We will offer you a satisfying solution as quickly as possible.

9.We will apologize to you, admit our mistakes, and take in your criticism with an open mind.

10.If the analysis and investigation take longer than we expected, we will explain to you and keep in touch with you.

11.If emergency happens, we will fulfill your request and re-deliver new products to avoid impact on your production.

12.We will record your feedback on quality completely and accurately.

13.If the solution is not satisfying to you, we will find the responsible individuals, penalize them for disqualified services, and improve our works until it meets your request.

14.After the complaint case is closed, we will ask you for opinions about the results and solutions.
