A.ISC opposes any forms of counterfeiting and never fakes other brands.

B.To protect against counterfeiting, ISC never sells unmarked products.

C.We only use ISC and ISCSEMI, brands legally held by us, for sales purposes. All the original products of ISC are categorized using “ISC + digits,” and no one is allowed to counterfeit these products.

D.Through costumer authorization, ISC can print the costumer’s brand or abbreviation of the costumer’s corporation name, but the costumer must present thetrademark certificate and promise to take full responsibility when a third party claims trademark rights.

E.To support the costumer’s need for security, ISC can print costumer’s self-made model numbers on the products and promise to keep the model numbers in secret.

A.The datasheets of ISC are the intellectual properties of ISC, and no one is allowed to plagiarize, copy or reprint part or all of the contents.

B.The application literatures, technical reports, and user manuals published by ISC are all originally created by the firm and protected by copyright laws. No one is allowed to plagiarize, copy or reprint the contents.

C.ISC will protect its copyrights and intellectual properties through legal means against counterfeit and plagiarism. 

D.ISC has numerous patents and will take legal means to protect its rights and interests.
