ISC started to mass-produce plastic packaging transistor for color TV sets, including 2SD1555, BU508A, BU2508A, 2SD1651, 2SD 1885, 2SC4927 series, reaching monthly production rate of 2.8 million pieces.

In 1996

ISC were producing nearly one hundred types of transistors and all of its products were exported to USA, south America, Europe, Middle East, Singapore and Hongkong, among other places.

ISC also won the honor as one of the top ten private enterprises in Wuxi Binghu district.

ISC started to produce 1500V high voltage transistors for Color TV set use, BU208A and BU208D. The founder Liting Gong was elected as the vice president of Wuxi association of private enterprises
