3. We do not accept complaints from customers or buyers who put our products into the circuit board, but only customers who directly buy ISC Products can complain to us, and explain the product model, delivery date, production batch number, quantity and fault phenomenon.

4. There are fake and shoddy products in the market that imitate our products. These counterfeit products are not sold by our company and cannot meet the quality standards, especially the failure rate and reliability are defective, which will cause serious hidden dangers to the equipment you are using. Our company will not bear all the responsibilities caused by the counterfeit products.

5 in order to guard against buying counterfeit products, you must purchase our products directly through our sales department. We have no agents or distributors in Chinese mainland.

6 our products are strictly tested and qualified before leaving the factory. If they are damaged due to the use of customers, they will not be returned.

7 our ISC Products have a long shelf life and can work stably and reliably in lines and equipment for at least ten years.

8. The overstock of inventory caused by customers' own sales after purchase cannot be returned.
