4. After receiving your information about products and services, we will immediately fill in the customer information feedback processing form and submit it to the quality and technology department or relevant departments for joint processing.

5. We will quickly deal with your complaint, collect facts, analyze causes, find out the root causes, formulate measures and implement them. The goal is to thoroughly find the root cause of the problem and take measures to make the mistake never happen again.

6. We immediately organize and hold a complaint review meeting to report problems, analyze causes, plan improvement measures, implement the person in charge and check the improvement results.
